Refund & Returns Policy – Mama Dose Functionals

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how our refund and returns process works:

1. Refund Offer

  • 50% refund of your purchase price if you’re dissatisfied.

  • Must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility & Returns

  • Condition: Product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.

  • Proof of purchase: Include your order number or sales receipt with your request.

  • Return shipping: You are responsible for return postage; these costs are non-refundable.

  • Perishable items (e.g. food, gummies) must remain sealed; otherwise they cannot be returned.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email our support team at support@mamadosefunctionals.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. In your message, please include:

    • Your name and order number

    • Reason for dissatisfaction

    • Photograph of the sealed product (if applicable)

  3. We’ll send you a pre-paid return label (for domestic orders) or instructions for international returns.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and verify your return, we’ll issue a 50% refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

5. Feedback Request

Your experience matters. After you’ve submitted your refund, we’ll send a short survey asking:

  • What didn’t work for you?

  • Any suggestions for improvement?
